SPECIALIST IN COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Our client is an innovative, successful and profitable international business with an excellent reputation for offering market leading products to the leisure marine sector. Worldwide sales are over £100 million and increasing year on year. A Senior HR Advisor is required to bring specialist compensation and benefits guidance and support to the business. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities including salary and benefit benchmarking, managing the company's money purchase occupational pension scheme as well as medical and HR insurance benefits and planning and implementing long term incentive plans and employee bonus schemes. Educated to degree level, or equivalent, your experience will have been gained in a fast moving engineering business where you will have gained a sound understanding of compensation and benefits and a grasp of the impact of UKI statutory regulations on remuneration policy. Your strong analytical background will enable you to design, develop and deliver innovative and cost effective reward strategies.
