Sales Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 inc. bonus

Developing business in Russia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East

The opportunity for our client to develop and win profitable business in these markets is considerable. The range of technical consumer products designed and manufactured by this international company is well-established worldwide but has not been effectively sold into these key, strategic markets.

The Sales Manager we are seeking will have a real opportunity to impact the growth and future success of the company by identifying market opportunities, appointing distribution and service partners and delivering profitable sales. Your current involvement with sales to these regions will enable you to understand routes to market and both business opportunities and constraints.

An experienced export sales specialist you must be able to quickly establish your personal credibility, demonstrating confidence in your ability to work with diverse cultures and business approaches. This is a stand-alone role that calls for perseverance and stamina as you work to establish the company’s presence in new markets.

Based from the company’s Hampshire head office, you will travel extensively in order to establish appropriate sales channels and generate new business.
