Quality management is high profile, involved and critical to on-going success. With customers in aerospace and defence as well as other demanding sectors, such as motor sport, managing the approvals process is only part of the story. Ensuring that quality is designed into both product and manufacturing processes is an integrated part of the on going search for excellence. All of this takes place in a lean, continuous improvement environment. To be successful you will need to be an experienced Quality Manager accustomed to working at the highest level within your own business and also with customers. Probably a graduate in a technical discipline and MIQA your strengths will be in practical problem resolution, coupled with an ability to sell quality internally and create a passion for excellence throughout the business. You will also have a proven track record of implementing programmes of continuous quality improvement. Leading your team, you will ensure that the company’s reputation for quality continues to provide a clear marketing edge. |
