| Specialist products for industrial and automotive markets Part of an established and successful European group, our client sells and distributes a range of highly respected, branded industrial products through an established regional sales network. The company has developed products specifically for the UK market, exceeding all required industry specifications. A new Managing Director is to be appointed to develop the business further and build on the success achieved to date. You will have full profit and loss responsibility and manage all aspects of the business from sales and customer service through to warehouse/distribution operations. Maintaining a high profile and taking the lead in major customer negotiations will be critical to success whilst ensuring that the business delivers maximum service to customers and commercial return to the group. An innovative, strategic thinker, with a strong sales management background you will produce results by motivating and leading your team to deliver exceptional levels of customer care and after-sales service. The company’s products are sold to a wide variety of customers supplying road construction and maintenance organisations, including Local Authorities, and also to the automotive after-market. |
