Established in 2004, our client is an independent recruitment consultancy who specialise in recruiting for construction, civil engineering, utilities, power and petrochemical industries. The company has built a reputation for providing experienced personnel to work on multi-million pound projects. Due to their continued success, they are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team working on a 'temp desk' carrying out business development, sales calls and site visits which all leads to winning profitable business. A post-school qualification would be preferable but of more importance is your ability to generate your own leads, be organised, enthusiastic and committed, able to manage your own time working both individually and as a team. Your experience will have been gained in one of the areas that the company specialises and in return there is the potential for excellent career prospects, a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission package.
